Job Title: Marketing Intern
Job Description: A young energetic boutique marketing agency is expanding and looking for new teammates to support the upcoming projects, ranging from event management (eg seminars, press conferences and awards), corporate communications (social media marketing, SEO, video creative production) to PR (press release). Clienteles include leading professional associations, listcos to SMEs.
Job scopes:
1. Content marketing and social media management
- assist in designing social media pillars and post template
- post preparation (graphic, text and/or video)
- seeding
- inbox enquiries and comments management
- Report analysis
- Support in Ad placement
2. support in client projects- support webinar/event management such as planning promotion, registration, webinar control panel, venue liaison, and gift arrangement.
- website building
- chatbot setup
- programmatic ad (via partners)
- marketing collateral design and production (eg leaflet, menu, easyroll)
- PR media relations eg press release, fact sheet write-up
- Handle communications and administration with clients, such as meeting arrangement and minute records
Preferred Skills:
- Basic Photo & Video Editing Skill
- Excellent Chinese and English Writing
- Be committed to meet the deadline
Office Location: Lai Chi Kok
Working Hours: (Mon - Fri) 9:30am - 6:30pm
