What are we looking for? 

The Agentic AI Challenge tasks participants with addressing real-world marketing problems by deploying AI-powered solutions that demonstrate measurable business impact. Participants are expected to apply their AI agents to the following key focus areas:

• Customer Engagement 

Design AI strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers across digital channels. This could involve chatbots, automated responders, or AI-driven personalization to enhance the customer journey.

• Personalized Content Creation

Use AI to generate customized marketing content tailored to specific audience segments, industries, or platforms. Solutions should show how AI can deliver relevant, compelling content at scale.

• Predictive Analytics

Leverage AI to analyze data, forecast customer behaviors, identify emerging trends, and optimize marketing strategies. The goal is to demonstrate how AI-driven analytics can support data-informed decision-making.

• Campaign Optimization

Apply AI to monitor, analyze, and refine marketing campaigns in real time. Solutions should focus on improving efficiency and scaling best practices across different industries such as retail, finance, and media.

Participants are encouraged to showcase how their AI agents can solve these challenges with speed, accuracy, and adaptability—illustrating the transformative potential of AI in supporting business growth, increasing efficiency, and delivering scalable solutions

Challenge Details

⏰ Time: 2:00pm - 6:00pm HKT
📍 Venue: N201, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
👥 Audience: 100 contestents
💰 Application Fee: HK$300 (Waived with AI Marketing Training Course or C25 ticket)

The challenge will take place over two days, beginning on 23 Sep, 2025, with an anticipated 100 participants competing in the first round. From this round, we will select approximately 10 finalists (to be confirmed) who will proceed to the final round on 24 Sep 2025, where they will present their solutions and participate in the awards ceremony. 

Eligibility & Rules

Eligibility:
The Agentic AI Challenge is open to all marketers aged 18 and above.

Rules:

1. All code used or developed during the challenge must be made available to the organizers and judges for review.
2. The competition will be organized into two tracks, reflecting the primary technology platforms chosen by participants. One track will focus on solutions built primarily with western platform, while the other track will feature approaches utilizing eastern platforms. Assignment to each track will be determined by the organizing team based on the tools and frameworks used.
3. Participants are required to bring their own computers for use during the challenge.
4. All participants must adhere to the event’s code of conduct and respect intellectual property rights.

The Agentic AI Challenge is proud to recognize outstanding achievement and innovation with a comprehensive prize:

Champion: 
  HK$10,000 worth of HKTV Mall vouchers. 

1st Runner-up: 
  HK$5,000 worth of HKTV Mall vouchers

2nd Runner-up:
  HK$3,000 worth of HKTV Mall vouchers

Merit Awards (2 contestents): 
  HK$1,000 worth of Eslite vouchers for each recipient.

Additionally, all participants will receive a certificate of participation.
