Ready to help shape Hong Kong’s digital future? IAB HK is inviting senior leaders from member companies to be co‑opted onto our Executive Committee for 2026, to help lead our flagship conference and drive key IAB HK initiatives across the market. This is a direct platform to influence industry standards, foster talent, and drive strategic growth with your vision and expertise.
We are calling for 2026 Co-opted (Additional) Executive Committee nominations, who are committed to share the same vision, mission and support the high standards of deliverables to the market.
To continue the success, IAB HK will focus on the following pillars in the future.
- Thought Leadership – bring the world-class best practices & showcases on the latest digital development, e.g. ad tech & programmatic, commerce, content marketing, measurement and more
- Talent Development – conduct the training programs, career talk and internship opportunities
- Partnerships – together with different associations, NGOs, universities, media partners and government departments
- International standards & guidelines – align with IAB global latest standards & guidelines
Service Period: Special term from 22 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Responsibilities of the Executive Committee
- Shared responsibility with all the IAB HK Executive Committee members on brand equity, legal governance and financial management policy required by HK law.
- Being the active adviser to form and shape IAB strategies and future development.
- Being the IAB representative to deal with different parties and build a trusted partnership with the stakeholders.
- Having visibility of all the initiatives and leading through some of them from end to end.
- Join the monthly meeting to provide a strategic point of view and get a consensus on all the decisions. (with over 70% attendance rate)
Eligibility:
- Candidates who are based in Hong Kong with a senior management position in the company during the nomination period.
- He/She is a current employee of a valid corporate member of IAB HK.
- He/She is passionate about digital marketing with substantial experience, profound industry knowledge, reputation and connections.
- Candidates are familiar with IAB HK with proven contributions
- Eligible to become a company director under the Laws of Hong Kong.
Nomination Process:
- For those who are interested to join, please fill in the nomination form and submit by 9 Jan 2026 (Friday).
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview in mid-January 2026.
- Successful candidates will be notified and announced on 22 January 2026, following the passing of the motion at the AGM.
Remarks:
- All founding members shall have a seat in the Executive Committee.
- Each corporate member company can only nominate ONE representative to the Executive Committee.
- The role of the Executive Committee will be selected at a personal level. The seat remains at the candidate even leaving the currently employed company as long as the candidate is employed at an IAB HK's member company.
- No additional fee is required by the Executive Committee role.
