Co‑option process
1️⃣ Submit the online nomination form by 9 Jan 2026 (Fri): https://iabhongkong.com/form/26Co-optedExcoNom
2️⃣ Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview by the current Executive Committee in mid‑January 2026.
3️⃣ Successful candidates will be co‑opted onto the Executive Committee and announced on the same day (22 Jan 2026) during the AGM.

Important notes
👉 Each corporate member company can nominate or have ONE representative in the Executive Committee.👉 The role is a personal appointment and remains with the individual even if they change companies, provided they remain at an IAB HK member company.
