Looking back at your IAB HK involvement, what achievement or moment stands out as most meaningful to you?: Looking back on my involvement with IAB Hong Kong, the most meaningful moments have been actively participating in key industry touchpoints over the past couple of years—especially the C25 Conference, the IAB Digital Awards, and various company visits. Earlier in my career at Yahoo, I contributed as a digital media professional by helping provide industry coverage and amplifying great work across the ecosystem. Now at Emmachat.ai, I’m excited to continue contributing in a new capacity: sharing practical perspectives on AI customer service, supporting knowledge exchange, and collaborating with members to help advance Hong Kong’s digital industry.
