IMPACT AI Showcase Nomination Form

Status message

The "IMPACT AI Showcase Nomination" seeks to identify and recognize outstanding case studies that demonstrate the effective and innovative application of AI in marketing practices. By highlighting these exemplary examples, IAB HK aims to inspire and empower marketers across Hong Kong and Asia to embrace the transformative power of AI and drive the industry forward. The IAB HK C25 Committee will serve as the judging panel and select the most outstanding AI case studies, which will be written in articles, showcased at the IAB HK C25 event (both on-stage and on-site displays), and featured on the IAB HK website.

Nomination Period: 2 June 2025
Presentation at IABHK C25 Conference: 24 September 2025

We encourage all marketers (brands and agencies) who have successfully implemented AI-driven solutions to submit their nominations for this prestigious showcase. All AI-related projects that are launched in all countries (including Hong Kong) between 1 January 2024 and 30 June 2025, are welcome to submit nominations.

Remarks: All information will be kept strictly confidential within the IAB HK C25 Committee. Results will be shared using aggregated data only unless explicit consent is obtained from the entrants.

  • Short-term and long-term impact: How effectively did the AI solution align with the overall marketing strategy and contribute to both short-term and long-term business goals?
  • Alignment with business objectives: Did the AI solution address a specific business challenge or opportunity? How well did it align with the company's overall objectives?
  • Resource allocation: How effectively were resources allocated for the development and implementation of the AI solution?
  • (Bonus) Local development: Was the AI solution developed locally in Hong Kong? How would this project benefit and/or promote local AI Marketing development?
  • Efficiency: Did the AI solution result in significant efficiency gains, such as cost reduction or manpower optimization?
  • Effectiveness: Did the AI solution achieve its intended marketing objectives, such as increased reach, engagement, or conversions?
  • Impact: Did the AI solution have a positive impact on the company, industry, or broader community?
  • Novelty and innovation: Did the AI solution introduce new and innovative approaches to address marketing challenges?
  • Competitive advantage: Did the AI solution provide a significant competitive advantage in the market?
