Challenge Deck Submission Guideline

Contestants will design and pitch an Agentic AI solution that addresses one of three real-world use cases.

You will choose 1 sector to focus on:

  • Banking Sector

  • Insurance Sector

  • Retail Vending Machine (FMCG)

  • Retailers and Store Chains

Note: This is an individual challenge (no team entries). You will need to prepare your own ideas, workflow, and short pitch.

Selected problem statement (Please choose 1 of the 4 options below ONLY)

1. Social Content Repurpose Machine

  • Problem: Brands struggle to adapt content across multiple channels (FB, IG, Threads, X, etc.).
  • Challenge: Build an AI agent that takes a keyword/topic/brand update and auto-generates text + visuals with different tones and formats tailored to each channel.
  • Output Expectation: Contestants should propose workflows, tools, or prompts to generate platform-optimised content at scale.

2. Online Listener with Newsjacking (抽水) Feature

  • Problem: Brands need to react quickly to trends, news, and discussions that could impact reputation or engagement.
  • Challenge: Create an AI agent that monitors Google Trends, news sites, and forums to detect brand-relevant mentions, then drafts timely content and alerts the right colleague (e.g., via email/Slack).
  • Output Expectation: Contestants should outline how their solution detects signals, generates copy, and integrates with internal workflows.

3. SEO/GEO Keyword Analyzer for AI Overviews (AEO)

  • Problem: With AI Overviews (AEO) in search, brands must understand whether their keywords appear and how to improve visibility.
  • Challenge: Build a tool that analyses a list of brand keywords, checks if they appear in AEO/geo-specific results, and recommends how to improve ranking or become a cited source.
  • Output Expectation: Contestants should show how the AI agent automates keyword tracking, SERP/AEO analysis, and provides actionable recommendations.

4. Open Innovation: Enhancing Business Operations with Agentic AI

  • Problem: Businesses face challenges in optimizing operations and marketing strategies, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Challenge: Develop an agentic AI workflow that streamlines marketing and operational processes by automating tasks, improving decision-making, and enhancing customer interaction.
  • Output Expectation: Contestants should show a complete agentic workflow including a clear problem statement, solution architecture, evaluation metrics, and potential risks with mitigations.
