2027-28 Executive Committee is calling for nomination.

Please fill in this nomination form and submit it on or before 30 September 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a video interview in November 2026. Successful candidates will be notified in Dec 2026, and then an announcement will be made in Jan 2027 AGM.

Key Details & Requirements

Service Period:

Two-year term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028.

Responsibilities of the Executive Committee:

• Governance & Stewardship: Share collective responsibility for IAB HK’s brand equity, legal governance, and financial management in compliance with Hong Kong law.

• Strategic Advisory: Actively advise, shape, and drive IAB HK’s long-term vision, strategies, and growth initiatives.

• Industry Ambassador: Represent IAB HK to build trusted partnerships with key industry stakeholders and public sector entities.

• Initiative Leadership: Oversee cross-committee initiatives and directly lead selected flagship projects from end to end.

• Active Participation: Attend monthly executive meetings to provide strategic guidance and reach consensus on key decisions (minimum 70% attendance rate required).

Eligibility:

• Based in Hong Kong holding a senior management role during the nomination period.

• Currently employed by a valid Corporate Member of IAB HK.

• Possesses deep digital marketing expertise, an established industry reputation, and a strong professional network.

• Demonstrates a strong track record of familiarity with and proven contributions to IAB HK.

• Fully eligible to serve as a company director under the Laws of Hong Kong.

Nomination Timeline & Process

1. Submission Deadline: Complete and submit the Nomination Form by 30 September 2026 (Wed), 18:00 HKT.

2. Shortlist Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a virtual interview in November 2026.

3. Selection & Announcement: Successful candidates will be notified in December 2026, followed by an official public announcement in January 2027.

Important Notes

• Founding Member Seats: All founding member organizations retain a permanent seat on the Executive Committee.

• Single Nomination Limit: Each Corporate Member company may nominate only one representative.

• Personal Capacity: Executive Committee appointments are granted on an individual basis. If a member changes employers during their term, they retain their seat as long as their new employer is also an active IAB HK Corporate Member.

• Fee: No additional fee is required to serve on the Executive Committee.
