Key entitlements of Your Booth Package:

  • Booth in the IAB HK Pavilion exhibition area, including display panel, lighting, and basic facilities.
  • Listing as an exhibitor in the IAB HK Pavilion section on the event website.
  • 3 exhibitor badges for your team*(*exhibitor badges will not be able to get into the Pulse Stage and Spark Stage).
  • 1 complimentary full-day conference pass per company.
  • IAB HK Pavilion branding materials (foamboard, tent cards, etc.).
  • Invitations to networking events (subject to the organizer’s arrangement).

Important Notes:
❌ All payments will be made directly to HKTDC, with no additional costs from IAB HK.
✔ You can participate even if you've already submitted your booth application to HKTDC.

💰Exhibitors participating in the IAB HK Pavilion at MarketingPulse 2025 may be eligible to apply for the Hong Kong Export Marketing Fund (EMF), which reimburses up to 50% of eligible participation costs (maximum HKD 100,000 per application and HKD 1,000,000 cumulatively). Applicants must be Hong Kong-registered SMEs and can apply before or within 60 days after the event. For details, visit https://www.smefund.tid.gov.hk.
