Havas Hong Kong is a village with 100 team members, split 50/50 between Havas Creative and Havas Media. Havas Hong Kong works with a number of global brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, NBA and Havaianas, and runs advertising in multiple markets around Asia, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China and Japan to name a few.

 

 

1. Job Title: Media Executive

Job Description: 

  • Assist the team leader in planning international digital marketing campaigns to service multi-national clients across a range of markets in APAC.

  • Prepare evaluation of media opportunities, keep tracks of market trends by using industry tools and other research methods

  • Work closely with media and digital planners, understand campaign objectives and implementation needs

  • Prepare media plans, budget summaries, campaign follow ups and reports regularly

  • Ad Hoc tasks as requested to support the client in campaign management and performance

  • Coordinate efforts and consolidate briefs from our specialist teams / external vendors to develop integrated media plans

  • Oversee execution of digital campaigns from tracking and ad serving set up to reporting and Optimisation

  • Knowledge of programmatic & paid social is a major plus

  • Efficient, accurate and high quality campaign management and reporting with ability to deliver insights/ recommendations based on data

  • Management of client on deliverables and expectations

  • Support Director's and Manager's in team management and new proposals/ pitches

  • Connect with key local and regional vendors as well as tool / technology developers to develop unique opportunities for the client

2. Job Title: Digital Executive (Part-time)

The position is exciting for those willing to play an integral role in the programmatic environment, solving operational and strategic issues on behalf of clients relating to digital RTB campaigns e.g. Programmatic buy, Social Media

The ideal candidate possesses the ingredients of analytical curiosity, attention to detail; team focused mindset and thrives to work in a dynamic environment.
 

Primary duties & responsibilities 

  • Operational: Campaign set up, following our trading desk processes (Briefing platform, creative upload, strategies set up,…)

  • Optimization: Campaigns metrics monitoring and optimizations toward our client goals (Branding, traffic, acquisitions, …) and KPIs. 

  • Reporting and analytics: Updating the media planning team on campaign delivery, taking decision and making recommendations 

  • Follow up on new technology and offer in the market to maintain competitively among other players

 Required Skills & Experience required:
