Company Profile (maximum 200 words): SmartRetail has two core technologies that create a Consumer Engagement SaaS Platform. 1) Advertising Technology. Software solution Lumina (including SDKs and APIs) that allow a retail touch point (POS, kiosk, vending machine, digital screen etc.) to enable consumer to scan a QR code, and complete an advertising actions (e.g. fill in a form, collect a coupon, download an app etc.), track the advertising action, and upon completion deliver to the consumer an incentive (coupon, free product) immediately at the retail touchpoint or nearby touchpoints. This allows us to upgrade large existing platforms to create an Engagement Out-of-home (EOOH, or DOOH 2.0) platform with a focus on traceable actions (Action-based / Engage2Earn). 2) AI Computer Vision Technology (Proprietary model). This includes 2 software solutions: (a) Perceptron and (b) Ai:Dentify, both which do not keep the photos/videos and rely on live extraction of facial vectors. Perceptron delivers various consumer profiling features, including age/gender identification, gaze count/time/angle, people count, dwell time etc., all run on our proprietary local model that can be installed on a low-cost, industrial PC (Cost ~US$150-200) that our clients/partners can source themselves. Our typical SaaS fee is US$20-30/month/unit. Ai:Dentify can extract facial vectors of consumers and create an unique anonymous faceID, so we can identify if the same user has returned. Both products have strong application for retailer consumer insights as well as advertising targeting.
