Curtis Ho
Curtis Ho co-founded The Korner in 2015, building a comfort-first women’s footwear brand designed for Asian fits and everyday wear. From its first counter to 19 stores today, the brand has grown across Hong Kong’s prime retail network—with flagships at K11 Art Mall and The Wai, and locations in high-traffic destinations such as Lee Theatre (Causeway Bay), Mira Place (Tsim Sha Tsui), AIRSIDE (Kai Tak), Central Market, YOHO Mall II, Citywalk, Metroplaza, Plaza Hollywood and more. The Korner complements brick-and-mortar with e-commerce and selective pop-ups to keep discovery high and inventory agile.
Guided by a clear design philosophy—multivariate & agile, restful comfort, feminine aesthetics, and sustainability—the team runs rapid design/merchandising cycles to respond to real customer demand. Community-driven storytelling (e.g., The Korner Girls), brand/IP collaborations (including cultural and creator tie-ups), and in-store experiences drive traction across Gen Z to office professionals, linking creative campaigns with measurable retail outcomes.
Since 2019, The Korner has expanded materials innovation (vegan, semi-vegan, knit and eco-leather lines) to reduce environmental impact while maintaining durability and price accessibility.
As Founder & Managing Director, Curtis oversees brand strategy, retail expansion, partnerships and creative direction—positioning The Korner as a recognised Hong Kong footwear label that pairs comfort, value and modern aesthetics with citywide scale.
